Hello from Dunster Mill House,
We are so delighted to announce that will reopen from the 4th July and are really looking forward to welcoming you to our home. We all know that things will be a little different for a while but we want to reassure our guests that we will do everything we can to make your visit to as enjoyable and relaxed as possible.
We have done a full risk assessment and have put in place a number of measures to minimise risk to yourselves and our staff. We have listed some of the changes we have made and hope that we will have your understanding during this difficult time.
We have provided hand sanitiser in every room and in our communal areas.
We will try to check in one room at a time in order to minimise contact.
Thorough cleaning of all communal areas has been introduced.
We will carry out a deep clean of rooms between guest visits and maximise the time the room is left unoccupied as much as possible.
Our daily cleaning service will be suspended to reduce risk of cross contamination, however we can arrange any cleaning requirements at check in. Replacement toiletries and towels will be available on request.
We will still provide beverage trays in our rooms and items will be replenished as required. This will be replaced after each visit.
When we are fully occupied our breakfast will be served in two sittings, 8:00am to 8:45am and 9:00am to 9:45 am in order to maintain social distancing requirements.
As we are no longer able to offer a buffet style service all items will be available to pre order and will be served directly to your table.
Complimentary items such as milk and water will still be available in our mini fridge but will be individually labelled for each room.
Payment will be taken electronically and your receipt placed in your room on arrival.
When necessary our staff will wear PPE which will also be available to all guest if required.
Whilst we cannot eliminate all risks we hope that the above procedures will help to put your mind a rest and that you will be able to book your stay with some degree of confidence.
